Admission Charges

A visit to Techniquest in Cardiff Bay costs just £3.95 per pupil. Additional charges may apply to some programmes. Supervisory adults are admitted free of charge.

Confirming or cancelling bookings

Every visit to Techniquest is important to us.  Planning starts early, so it’s important you confirm your booking no less than 3 weeks in advance.  When you confirm let us know how many people you expect to bring.  We know things change and we can usually accommodate small changes.

As long as your booking is confirmed we won’t ask for an advance deposit. We prefer you to pay in full on the day, and we only charge for the number of people who come. Or we can arrange for an invoice to be sent when you confirm your booking.

If you must cancel a booking, could you please do this 3 weeks in advance or we will have to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellations between 8 and 21 days will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations of 7 days or less will be charged 100%.

We don’t like to do this so please give us plenty of notice if circumstances change.
