Continuing Professional Development
The National Science Learning Centre (NSLC) has secured funding to offer opportunities for Welsh teachers to access high quality Science CPD in Wales, facilitated by Techniquest. The WJEC has provided additional funding to support these initiatives. Techniquest has been working with representatives from the Welsh Assembly Government, the All Wales Science Advisors Group, science teachers, the WJEC and the ASE who have identified the need for CPD in Wales, and all courses offered through this scheme will be directly related to the new curriculum in Wales.
