Toddler Days

Once a month during term time, young children take priority on Techniquest's exhibition floor. There are additional activities, including storytime, colouring and craft tables, all aimed at encouraging pre-school children to take their first steps in science. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in.

The bright colours on the exhibition floor appeal to young children, who are encouraged to explore. Techniquest is buggy-friendly, with nappy-changing facilities, lockers, and a cafe that can heat baby food and milk.

Admission to Toddler Day costs £4.60 for accompanying adults, with under 4s admitted free of charge.

Groups of 10 or more should book in advance.

*Ask for a Techniquest Toddler's card, and save money. Visit five times, collect five stamps and your sixth visit is free.
