Recently launched, this FREE home teaching and learning service is there to support families and carers who are currently home-schooling. Suitable for young people aged 4–19,  you’ll find more than 300 activities and materials available from a bank of over 14,000 free resources — which even includes some content from STEM Ambassador, Tim Peake!

Online STEM Clubs

Clubs are the ideal space to explore careers and the employability skills linked to STEM subjects, an essential part of ENTHUSE Partnerships. STEM Learning have launched brand-new online course for teachers, parents, STEM Ambassadors, technicians and home-school’ers that want to run a STEM Club remotely or online. Courses take approximately three hours to complete, with a live, interactive webinar at the end. Click here to sign up.

This service is free to access and facilitated through an online community group.

STEM Ambassadors

STEM Learning have also developed a platform to enable virtual volunteering by STEM Ambassadors. This means now over 33,000 Ambassadors can respond digitally to requests across the UK, even in the absence of face-to-face contact. STEM Learning will also be holding a virtual festival in May, which will be broadcast in half hour sessions throughout the day for schools and home learners. Keep checking the website for more information.

Online Lessons

STEM Learning are currently developing a programme of science and computing lessons to provide both teachers and students with additional support. More information will be available on the STEM Learning website soon!
