This guide will help you to access and use the digital package/s you have purchased from Techniquest.

Getting access to the digital package
Once you have received your invitation email, follow the link contained within it.
You will be taken to a Microsoft sign-in page:
Enter the email address that your invitation email was sent to and click Next.
If this email address is associated with a Microsoft account, sign in with the password you usually use, and skip to the next step.
If this email address is not associated with a Microsoft account, you will be shown this screen:
Check your email account. You will receive an 8-digit code — enter it into this box and click Sign in.
Next, you will see this screen:
The wording may sound a little intimidating, but rest assured that we are not using your data for any purpose other than giving you access to the Digital Package that you have purchased.
Click Accept.
In many cases, this is all you will need to do to access your Package. If so, please skip to the watching your digital package section.
In some cases, Microsoft will ask for an additional layer of verification:
Click Next.
You will need to choose the method of authentication. We recommend using a code sent to a phone number. To do this, click I want to set up a different method.
You will see this screen:
Select Phone from the drop-down list, and click Confirm.
You will see this screen:
Ensure that the left drop-down field says United Kingdom (+44) and enter your phone number into the field next to it. We recommend leaving the next option as Text me a code.
Click Next.
You will receive a code by text message and see the following screen:
Enter the code you received by text, and click Next.
You will see this screen:
Click Next.
You will see this screen:
Click Done.
Watching your digital package
Once you have successfully signed in, you will see the folder which contains the video file/s that you have access to:
Simply click on the video file that you want to play, and it will open in a new window.
If it doesn’t, you may have pop-ups blocked. Please choose your browser from the list below to find out how to allow pop-ups:

Some of the Digital Packages also contain a folder called Resources. Within this folder you may find support resource PDF documents, and some may also contain a link to related educational products that you can purchase:
