Event spaces

The Exhibition

The Exhibition space can be adapted to host a wide range of events including dinners and networking events. With two floors full of interactive exhibits, there is plenty to see and do.

The venue can accommodate a stage for awards, guest speakers or live entertainment. Our AV partners can also help brand the space with lighting, screens and other added extras.

Science Theatre

The Science Theatre is fully equipped with audio-visual facilities and is ideal for presentations, lectures and award ceremonies. Its capacity ranges from 80–100, depending on whether the presentation is for an adults-only, children-only or mixed audience.

Themed Techniquest shows hosted by our Live Science Hosts can also be added to any event package.

Planetarium

Relax under the stars in Techniquest’s purpose-built digital Planetarium and watch as the Universe unfolds around you. A truly out of this world experience, perfect for providing a talking point at your next networking event!

Planetarium Star Tours can be added to any Techniquest event package.

The KLA Lab

The KLA Lab has been recently refurbished and is perfect for unique meetings, team building activities and a fun break out space for conference guests.

The capacity and formation of the room is set to 35 guests, with accessible tables for wheelchair users if required.

The Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is a multi-use space which can accommodate up to 70 guests in theatre style and up to 35 in a classroom formation. It’s perfect for small meetings or to be used as a break out space for a larger conference or event.

The room is located on the ground floor on the waterfront side of the building and benefits from an abundance of natural light and roller doors that open to the outside.

The Boardroom

The fully-equipped, intimate conference room is complete with a kitchen and private waterfront balcony.

With a maximum capacity of 10 delegates, this room is perfect for hosting interviews, and small meetings.
