Please read the following information and then submit your enquiry form to us.

Before you book

Please be aware that education sessions timings are fixed and run from 10:00am–12:45pm, 10:30am–1:15pm, 11:00am–1:45pm and 11:15am–2:15pm, and we will create an itinerary for you.

If you decide to add shows to your booking, these times could vary. You will be advised of the available times by our team once you have submitted your enquiry.

After submitting your booking enquiry, please allow up to 3 working days for a response.

Cancellation

If you must cancel a booking, could you please do this 3 weeks in advance or we will have to charge a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations of 7 days or less will be charged 100%.
