Please note that our boilers will be out of action from Monday 8 – Sunday 21 January while new ones are fitted.
Temporary heating solutions will be in place, but you may wish to wrap up extra warmly if you’re visiting us then!

Off-Peak Pass
Visit more often and save money by signing up for our annual off-peak pass!
The pass allows you to come back to explore the main exhibition floor as many times as you like during 12 months from issue, on any weekend that falls outside of the local school holidays, or on any General Admission, After 3pm or Toddler Day session that may be running on weekdays during term-time.
Those times are usually a little quieter at Techniquest, so they’re a great time to visit if the busier bustle of school holidays is something you prefer to avoid.

You’ll start saving money on only your third visit to us — and the more times you visit, the more you’ll save.
And don’t worry, you can still add a live science show, planetarium visit or hands-on workshop to your experience when you want to, by choosing the relevant option when you make your session booking online, for the usual add-on price of £2 per person.
