Meet Bethan Giovanelli

Brand Ambassador, Bethan has been busy supporting us with her marketing and design skills, as well as bringing our fundraising campaigns to life.

 

The Nottingham Trent graduate, started her journey at Techniquest in August 2019. After recently graduating with a BA (hons) in Design for Film and TV, she wanted to gain experience and put her skills into practice, whilst also supporting a local organisation. Her graphic design skills have contributed hugely to the fundraising marketing campaigns at Techniquest, focusing on Adopt an Ant, donation points in centre and Friends of Techniquest memberships.

I started working as a Fundraising Brand Ambassador because it is a great centre for STEM learning, and has been a place close to my heart from a young age. I also wanted to help raise awareness for Techniquest as an educational charity and use my knowledge to create a better experience for adults and children alike. I have really enjoyed my time so far, and I can’t wait to get working on my next project!

Bethan has also gained experience by attending monthly meetings with PR and Marketing company, Orchard. She’s contributed her ideas in the meetings, as well as learning more about our marketing strategies within other departments.

She is a valuable asset to Techniquest and spreading the message of our fundraising campaigns to both current and new audiences.
