* Booking — You can use your annual pass to book onto General Admission, Late Entry or Toddler Day sessions when we’re open to the public. Please book your visit ahead of time to guarantee your entry — spaces are usually available to book at least a month in advance. Your pass does not guarantee entry on the day if you haven’t pre-booked. Admission tickets are subject to capacity and availability of allocated Annual Pass spaces.
** Upgrading — You will be partially refunded based on the remaining amount of days left on your Off-Peak Pass. You will then be able to sign up for a Premium Pass for a 12-month period from that date.
*** Prices — These prices include a 10% donation which can help us raise additional funds via Gift Aid as a registered charity. You can opt-out of paying the donation price when purchasing your pass(es).
† Eligibility for the Concession pass — Applies to: seniors (age 65+); adults with a disability; students with a valid NUS card; Blue Light Card holders; recipients of Universal Credit or Jobseeker’s Allowance. Appropriate ID checks may be carried out.
Each pass is for the named holder only and cannot be shared or transferred. Passes must be registered with a photograph of each individual pass holder which may be checked on entry. Only one entry per pass may be booked for any given visit date.
Your annual pass will expire after 12 months, at which point you’ll be offered the option to renew and pay by Direct Debit to help spread the cost.
