Exhibit: Arch Bridge
Fit the pieces together to make a model arch. Watch how the pieces move as you load the bridge at various places. The bridge is constructed so that large forces pushing down on the bridge are spread across every piece of the puzzle, which means that the bridge is very strong. Try standing on the bridge to see if it can take your weight. Alternatively give the bridge a little push from the side and watch as it collapses.
